My Denver photo studio is a month old! It’s been an amazing first month full of all kinds of beautiful women & lots of confidence slinging.

The Denver Photo Studio has officially been broke in. A good handful of women have entered and had amazing experiences. Four boudoir sessions, two Sit With Me Sessions and one incredible maternity. Which cannot be shared but has sparked a project idea, so stay tuned expecting ladies!

Full transparency here, I was sick to my stomach nervous about shooting in a whole new dedicated space. While the space looks somewhat similar to my home studio, the light in my Denver photo studio was different as the large windows face a different direction. You can ask the hubby and a few of my friends, I was having a panic attack that my style was also going to change. For about a week and half I had convinced myself, without even shooting, that I was going to have an identity crisis.

I had spent over four years in my home studio and had really dialed in my shooting style there and was so proud of it. I was spoiled with the light. After all, lighting is everything! Truth is, I had just gotten too comfortable. A huge sign that this move was also necessary.

After just a few shoots I was back into a groove & finding the light that sets my soul on fire. No surprise, I was freaking out about nothing. The light is beautiful, the windows are everything and the space lets me be more creative. Looking forward to many, many more months creating art & connecting + uplifting women.
