Preparing for your session is a lot of fun but can also be stressful. I am here to help you through the process and to make the entire experience fun and enjoyable. If you haven’t already started a private Pinterest board to gather ideas now would be a great time to do so. No Pinterest? No worries, upload them in your questionnaire. This will allow me to see + understand more of your brand and help you choose wardrobe options that best fit your style. Plus, we will have a Session Design call on before your session to cover all of this as well.

Less is more—choose a few key pieces that naturally fit into your brand story.

Feeling relaxed and confident is key to great photos.
- Get a good night’s sleep and stay hydrated.
- Avoid scheduling anything stressful right before or after your session.
- Practice posing and expressions in a mirror to find what feels most natural.
- Play music or do a quick meditation before your session to calm nerves.
- Trust the process and have fun!

To make sure everything runs smoothly, keep these tips in mind:
- Arrive on time (or early) to ease into the session.
- Wear loose clothing beforehand to avoid marks on your skin.
- Bring a small touch-up kit (lipstick, blotting paper, comb/brush).

Here’s what to expect once your session is complete:
Proofs & Selection: You’ll receive a watermarked gallery to select your favorite images within 3 business days.
Editing & Delivery: Final retouched images will be delivered within 3 business days.

Remember WHO we are talking to through your images. These aren't images for Grandma to put on the fridge, these are images with the purpose of communicating to your target audience. Can't stress enough how important it is to know how we need to communicate. We need to speak their language.
